Lincoln Square

A joint venture between MIS Capital LLC, Alterra Property Group and KIMCO has completed a 3.4-acre, full square city block development situated on the northwest corner of Broad and Washington Streets. Named in honor of Abraham Lincoln's presence on the site secretly boarding a train the night of Feb. 22, 1861, days before his first  inauguration March 4th, and publicly in 1865 after his assassination, Lincoln Square is Philadelphia's newest premier transit oriented mixed use development.

Featuring 321 apartments, extensive indoor and exterior amenities, and over 100,000 square feet of retail anchored by Sprouts Farmer Market, Target w/CVS, and Petsmart, Lincoln Square is a new community and southern anchor for Philadelphia’s fast developing Avenue of the Arts.  In 2019 Lincoln Square won the Preservation Alliance's Public Impact Award and PA Preservation's Economic Impact Award.

Completion occurred in late 2018. Apartments are available by visiting for more information.
